All our orders are processed via DPS | Payment Express secure payment gateway.

 

Ordering info

  • To make an order please “Add to Cart” the basket(s) you would like to purchase. Then after reviewing the items in your shopping cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  • At “Checkout” enter your personal information and recipient’s delivery address before clicking “Proceed to Confirmation”.
  •  Finally click “Proceed To Secure Payment”. You will be transferred to a secure DPS | Payment Express  hosted page to input your credit card details.
  • Ordering is now complete and your basket(s) will be delivered as requested.

NOTE

  • Freight – Quoted freight prices are for each basket delivered between Monday and Friday. However, if you are making a large multiple basket order to just one address, freight is subject to quotation and may be cheaper.You can contact us by phone on +64 09 8260203 or email sales@gaiafood.co.nz
  • Multiple Basket Order – If you are making a multiple basket order and wish your baskets delivered to different addresses  please phone us on +64 09 8260203 or email sales@gaiafood.co.nz with the recipients’ individual delivery details. You can also personally visit us at our retail shop in New Lynn, Auckland.
  • Special Requirements – If you would like to talk over any special requirements – eg inclusion of your own bottle of wine or a personal message – please phone us or visit our retail shop.
  • Message – you may either write your personal message in the feild provided on the “Check out” page (below shipping options) or email sales@gaiafood.co.nz with your message(s).
  • Baskets – Baskets are decorated with a bow, wrapped in cellophane and a GAIA FOOD gift card is attached for your message. GAIA FOOD reserves the right to substitute items with those of equal or greater value if the stated basket items are unobtainable at the required delivery time.
  • Guarantee –  To ensure this we offer a full guarantee on all products     If you are unhappy with any gift basket or hamper just return it to us and we will refund you the purchase cost in full or replace the item at your discretion along with delivery and return.
  • Security –  We do not divulge any of your personal details or purchase history to any third party not directly involved in the running and maintenance of your order.
  • Shipping – Shipping usually takes between 1 -3 working days.
